PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS

SC GEAR UP works with 22 high schools in 15 school districts and 15 counties and serves over 4,000 students across the state. To receive services, schools met all of the following criteria:

• At least 50 percent of the students receive free or reduced price lunches
• At least 75 percent of the students at the poverty rate (as determined by the State Education Oversight Committee)
