PROJECT EVALUATION

To ensure that the national evaluation protocol and priorities are successfully implemented, SC GEAR UP works with an experienced evaluation team that draws from local talents and technical resources. These evaluators have primary responsibility for:

• Supervising the implementation of the evaluation protocol.
• Designing and implementing evaluation activities that examine both outcome measures and system-level process indicators.
• Providing ongoing feedback to inform project improvement on all levels of the project.
